SESSION 1: BUILDING BROTHERHOOD - We'll lay the groundwork for creating a successful course by getting to know one another, and setting personal and group goals.
SESSION 2: CONNECTION TO SELF- It takes deliberate practice, commitment and courage to live your own life in a culture that encourages otherwise. Doing so starts with learning how to REALLY connect to yourself. SESSION 3: HELP - Many of us take pride in being self reliant and self made. It's a trap. How do we free ourselves from going it alone? The payoff is huge. SESSION 4: AUTHENTICITY - Authenticity is a buzz word that few truly embody. For men, it requires the courage to risk our images of status, prestige and strength. SESSION 5: HEALING - Pain is an unavoidable part of life. The capacity to heal is essential. For men healing can be complicated. Why? How can we help each other heal? |
SESSION 6: FEAR - So much of our genius lies on the other side of a thin wall of fear. We’ll deconstruct the concept of fear to understand what it really is, so that it does not have such a grip on us.
SESSION 7: FAILURE - Sexual energy is inside all of us. How do we express it in a healthy, life affirming respectful way? Learning to do so leads to more of the pleasure, satisfaction and connection we are seeking. SESSION 8: WILDNESS - You are a wild animal. As men we are told our wildness is dangerous, so we become tame, dutiful. What does it mean to be a modern wild man? SESSION 9: POWER -. In the #MeToo era we are reimagining the relationship between men and power. What is your true power and what are your barriers to owning it in a healthy way? We’ll collectively clear barriers to power so that we can participate in creating a world that works for everyone. |
